Offers prenatal support, nutrition counselling and education for pregnant women and teens with lifestyle challenges that put their health at risk. Women are supported throughout their pregnancies and for six months following birth.

The program includes group and one-on-one support, prenatal classes, outreach services, nutrition and health information, prenatal vitamins,and referral to other community programs as needed.
