Offers team-based primary care to prevent, diagnose, and treat a range of mental and physical health conditions and illness as additional services in consultation with your family doctor or nurse practitioner. Allied health professionals include clinical pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Services are available by referral only from a family doctor or nurse practitioner within the Burnaby Primary Care Network.
