Adolescent Complex Concussion Clinic
Provides outpatient screening and concussion treatment for school-aged youth who are slow to recover from a concussion. Youth are screened and scheduled to meet with members of the team who are most appropriate to the care needed.

Eligibility
Youth aged 12 - 17, and 18 years if in high school; diagnosed with a complex concussion in the last 12 to 18 months.
Application process
Physician or nurse practitioner referral required.
