Provides early childhood and development services for Kwakiutl community members with preschool-aged children. The program supports the spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical development of Indigenous children, while supporting their parents and guardians as their primary teachers.

Services include culture and language teachings, education, social support, nutrition, health promotion, family activities, and parenting programs.
