Provides a range of health services to help people living in the East Shore area of Kootenay Lake to meet their everyday health care needs in order to stay healthy, prevent illness, and manage ongoing illness or disease.

Attachment to the clinic may be offered to those who live within the catchment area depending on their current capacity. Patients will be attached to the most appropriate health-care provider based on their health needs.
