Step 10: Recipe Testing

  • Review the recipe you have created using the recipe template
  • Prepare the recipe exactly according to your instructions
  • Ensure the recipe yield, serving size and number of servings are accurate
  • Taste test the finished recipe (with your staff if desired), and keep accurate notes of anything you want to change
  • Make the recipe again with the changes noted above and taste test the revised recipe
  • Repeat this process until you are fully satisfied with the results. Record the final recipe
