Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre is a provincial resource centre that provides mental health and substance use information and resources. The Centre supports people with navigating the mental health system and provides peer support to children, youth and their families from across British Columbia (B.C.). The Centre also provides support, information and resources to people of all ages with eating disorders.
Online resources cover a variety of topics for children, youth and adults including:
- anxiety
- attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder
- behavioural problems
- substance use
- eating disorders
British Columbians can also visit the Kelty Blog or audience specific sections of the Kelty website for Youth & Young Adults, Parents and Caregivers, School Professionals, and Healthcare Professionals. Visit the Cross-Cultural Resources for information on culturally specific resources available in six languages (French, Farsi, Punjabi, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean).
