Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre is a provincial resource centre that provides mental health and substance use information, resources, help navigating the mental health system and peer support to children, youth and their families from across British Columbia (BC). The Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre also provides support, information and resources to people of all ages with eating disorders.
Online resources cover a variety of topics including, but are not limited to: depression; anxiety; attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder; behavioural problems; substance use; and eating disorders in children, youth and adults.
British Columbians can also visit the Kelty Blog or audience specific sections of the Kelty website for Youth & Young Adults, Parents and Caregivers, School Professionals, and Healthcare Professionals. Visit the Cross-Cultural Resources for information on culturally specific resources available in six languages (French, Farsi, Punjabi, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean).
All services provided by the Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre are free, and include educational events for families, educators and health professionals such as the Pinwheel Education Series.
