Primary Health Care

Provides primary health care to residents of Vancouver who do not have a family doctor and have trouble accessing traditional health care services.

Primary care health services include medical exams, wound care, adult immunizations, TB testing and care, harm reduction services, disease prevention, and information, treatment and prevention for sexually transmitted infections (STI), hepatitis, and HIV.

Eligibility
People without a primary family physician and who have challenges accessing traditional health care services. Priority given to people who are unhoused and under-housed, are living with complex psychosocial and clinical needs, and who need a higher intensity of services to achieve and maintain functional stability.
