Overdose Outreach Team
Provides outreach services to connect people who have recently experienced opioid overdose and or are at high risk for opioid overdose, to substance use care and support.
Social workers help clients start treatment for opioid use disorder, connect to other health and social services, and provide general harm reduction and overdose prevention education.
