Provides a range of services to address the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit individuals and families.

Services include medical exams, traditional wellness support, health and wellness education, routine health screening, and assessment, diagnosis and management of common illnesses and disease including diabetes, high blood pressure and depression. Also offers referrals to housing, financial and legal supports.
