Health Services for Community Living
Offers advocacy, support and help to adults with developmental disabilities with accessing non-emergency health services. Services are delivered in partnership with Community Living BC.

Clients must meet home health eligibility needs to receive services including citizenship and residency requirements; see website for detailed eligibility information.

Call the Home Health office in your area for intake. Current Home Health clients should contact their case manager for questions regarding their enrolled services.
