Provides primary health care services to newcomers to Canada living in the Burnaby and New Westminster area whose medical needs may be complicated by language, cultural, and knowledge barriers.
Services include prenatal care, vaccinations, health management, mental health support, and chronic disease management. The clinic is staffed by a nurse practitioner who works collaboratively with physicians and community service providers.

Individuals and families who are new to Canada within the past 3 years and do not have a family physician.

Referrals accepted from public health, social service, and settlement providers. Provided in partnership with the Burnaby Division of Family Practice.
