Chronic Pain and Substance Use Program
Offers a self-management program to adults with chronic pain and who are at risk for, or already have, problematic substance use concerns.

Services include group education and physical rehabilitation activities, access to a pharmacist or social worker, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, consultation with pain or addiction medicine specialists, and referral to other pain, mental health and or substance use services as needed.
