Step 1: Recipe Name

  • The recipe name should be easy to understand, and should match the name of your menu item
  • The category should also be the same as in your menu. For example appetizer, main course or dessert
  • If it's a sub-recipe like a broth, marinade or breading, note this in the category
  • Include a recipe number or create a numbering system if you don't already use one

Enter the information into your recipe template.
