Adding a Family Member to the Health Connect Registry

If you have already completed your registration and need to add additional family members, please contact HealthLink BC by dialing 8-1-1, or for the deaf and hard of hearing, dialing 7-1-1. Translation services are available in over 130 languages.

A HealthLink BC health service navigator will help you add family members who live in the same household to your registration. It is important that we keep families connected in the Registry. This way, when possible, your family is placed with the same family doctor or nurse practitioner.

The primary contact or any other family member registered can contact HealthLink BC to add family members. The HealthLink BC health service navigator will ask you for the Client ID you received when you registered and your personal health number to access your registration. You will also need your family member's personal health number and address including postal code or city where you live.

If you have not registered yourself or your family for the Health Connect Registry and would like to, visit the Health Connect Registry.
