Resource Order Form
HealthLink BC resources are available free of charge to British Columbia residents and organizations to distribute in their community.
There are three easy ways to order HealthLink BC resources:
- On the web: complete the order form below, include your email address, and click Submit at the bottom of the form. A copy of your order will be sent automatically to your email address.
- By phone: call 8-1-1 to request resources or for assistance with the order form below.
All orders are reviewed before shipment. You may be contacted for more information. HealthLink BC resources will not be shipped outside of British Columbia. Please allow a minimum of 5 days for delivery.
