Please note that we are unable to provide advice about symptoms by email. For symptom advice, please call us at 8-1-1.

If you are unable to dial 8-1-1 please contact your telephone service provider to arrange access. In a few instances local telephone service providers may not be able to support 8-1-1 dialing. If you are affected by this you are encouraged to access our service using the 10-digit number 604-215-8110. This 10-digit number should also be used when you are calling using an Internet Calling Service Provider (e.g. Skype, Google Gmail Voice Calls) as 8-1-1 is not supported when using these tools.

For questions and comments about our services, please contact us by email at healthlinkbc@gov.bc.ca
