    BC HealthGuide Handbook

We have written the book on how to recognize and manage common health concerns. The BC HealthGuide Handbook, our 400+ page self-care manual, provides information about preventing illness, home treatment, emergencies and when to see a health care provider. The BC HealthGuide Handbook is available at no charge to B.C. residents in Chinese, French, and Punjabi.

At this time, the English version of the BC HealthGuide Handbook is no longer available by direct order from our website or by calling HealthLink BC at 8-1-1. We are currently exploring opportunities to provide new and updated self-care and general health information resources in print. The English version of the BC HealthGuide Handbook may still be available from local pharmacies or Service BC Centres while their supplies last. If you would like to order the BC HealthGuide Handbook in other available languages including French, Chinese, and Punjabi, please complete our order form.
